  1. Few things:

1.)Admittedly, this wasn't my best work. My gimbal didn't exactly cooperate like I wanted it to, and we were losing light FAST! So please forgive me if this video absolutely sucked, lol. Can't hit a home run EVERY time, right?

2.) What are some of your favorite lenses?

3.) I'll be taking a much needed break, so in the meantime, watch some of my previous videos!

  2. Ok I want help I have 50mm f1.4 stm lense and I’m using canon d600 t3i my lense take really good pictures with good bokeh but in video mode it doesn’t has any good bokeh very little like 18-55 mm kit lense bokeh

  3. Keep up the good work! I went from exective chef and making cake to becoming that guy in sweat shorts all day was fired from my job new management. In between having my first baby girl and becoming an adult I bought my first mirrorless system- Canon's EOS m100. I liked it but I needed more.(FULL CIRCLE PROMISE YOU); So then came my EOS m6 and I loved it. Over time I bought lenses and bought an adapter for ef/ef-s lenses and that's systematic dope fiending came into full effect! I use certain sell it trade it web sites ( not the bigger name ones… well sometimes..) and flip my glass to get new glass. It allowed me to broaden my horizons with living on a budget and not having my g/f find out about those purchase that do sneak through the cracks. With that being said i must say I've done well with this system I have going. I keep the lenses I love and that fit my style and flip to find whats next. I just trading my Canon 50mm 1.8 and some other accessories with a little Kansas city shuffle to snatch up the EF 1.4 and a Tamron 45mm. But i KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN I WANT AND NEED THAT RED RING/ L SERIES IN MY LIFE. I did get one and scored a hella deal and the results it produce brought a tear to my eye- Just joking but seriously- That buy took a lot of patience and searching. I love my daughter more than life itself ( shes my little model) but the STRUGGLE IS REAL . Anyway done with my rant. Keep up the good work keep producing videos and good luck in your Quest to achieving the red rings you desire;-)

Shoot, shit & sex then repeat

  4. Nice comparison Tristan!! I've got the Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens that I have (had) for my Canon 70D and loved it the few times I used it. Shortly after getting it I switched camera's to the Sony A6500 and just recently (last weekend) picked up a Metabones adapter to finally use my Canon lenses on the Sony. Excited to get this 50mm lens out and play with it again. Thanks for getting me excited about it again and seeing some differences in the lens comparisons you have. Love the B-Roll.

  5. Cool video Tristan, Vintage Primes are the way to go man, super cheap, built like tanks and optical quality can be pretty spectacular. $50 for a Pentax Takumar 50mm 1.4, all metal, solid optics. Not to upset, but $50 for a fast prime really isn't something to shake a head at.

Only setbacks for you might be manual control, but i'm full manual anyway so. Nice video man.

  6. Thanks for the valuable info and no worries on the time off with Stephanie, and really awesome job on the vids!!!
